
Flow Cytometry
The Flow Cytometry Unit offers 4 analyzers, 3 sorters, and 3 workstations with flow analysis software: FCS Express and FLOWjo.
All users receive full training and guided assistance on the various instruments.
Workshops and hands-on sessions are organized to train researchers in flow cytometry methods and advanced applications and protocols.

Sorters

Bigfoot cell sorter is a new digital flexible and stable stream-in-air flow cytometry sorter, configured with 5 100mW air-cooled lasers at excitations of 355nm, 405nm, 488nm, 561nm, and 640nm and up to 48 fluorescent detectors with spectral unmixing ability.

Analyzers


The BD LSR-II is a flow cytometer equipped with 4 lasers. The cytometer allows the detection of 12 parameters simultaneously (10 colors plus forward scatter and side scatter).
The LSR-II offers high acquisition speeds, a full inter- and intra-laser compensation matrix, and multiple thresholds on all lasers.
The BD LSR-II SORP is an analyzer flow cytometer equipped with 4 lasers.
The cytometer allows the detection of 15 parameters simultaneously (15 colors plus forward scatter and side scatter).
The Cytek Amnis ImageStream®X Mark II is an imaging flow cytometer equipped with 4 lasers. Imaging Flow Cytometry combines the speed, sensitivity, and phenotyping abilities of flow cytometry with the detailed imagery and functional insights of microscopy.
