
Microscopy & Imaging
The Microscopy core facility center contains: a multi-modality super-resolution microscope (SIM/STED/STORM), a Light Sheet microscope, 4 laser scanning confocal microscopes, a spinning disk confocal microscope, high content imaging system (Cytation 5), an inverted fluorescent light microscope and a fluorescent binocular. Additionally, there are working stations containing image analysis software, including Deconvolution software, time-lapse, 3-D reconstruction, and other software.
All users receive full training on a specific instrument before independent work.
Workshops and hands-on sessions are organized to provide researchers with training in fluorescent and confocal microscopy.

Elyra 7 eLS – Multi Modality Super Resolution (SR) microscope that combines lattice SIM, 2D-STED and STOTM/PALM methods for SR, this system is designed for live-cell imaging.
